A study conducted at Skidmore College examined the impact of multi-modal training and a diet that focused on Protein Pacing. I tried the program that incorporates resistance, interval, stretch, and endurance training (RISE). This was combined with protein-pacing (2.0 g/kg BW/day).
After about three weeks I experienced fat loss and improved strength and speed. I have built elements of the findings into my approach.
