Approval — Do You Want Everyone to Like You?

Do you ever catch yourself chasing approval?
Maybe it’s from your boss, your friends, or even the silent crowd online. It feels good to be liked, until it starts running your life. The truth is, the need for approval can quietly become one of the biggest barriers to leadership and happiness.

Real leaders don’t seek to please everyone. They stay true to their values, make the tough calls, and grow from both praise and criticism. When you stop needing validation, you start building strength, the kind that attracts respect, not just applause.

This week’s video, “Approval,” challenges you to look in the mirror and ask, Am I leading my life, or living for likes?

Take a moment to watch, reflect, and then make your move. The next level of your leadership starts with you.

I absolutely wouldn’t want everybody to like me. Call it being biased living in a Capitalistic country, but that’s the beauty in being from here. Not everybody’s gonna like you and that’s okay. I only care about the admiration from my genuine supporters. And that’s just to keep it brief.
